火力發電廠矽酸鋁保溫材料應用解決方案

矽酸鋁保溫材料(又稱矽酸鋁纖維氈/毯)因其優异的耐高溫效能和相對經濟的成本,長期佔據電廠高溫區保溫材料的主導地位。 近年來,隨著資料工藝進步和標準陞級,矽酸鋁資料的應用科技也在不斷優化。




1.2矽酸鋁資料性能參數




根據DL/T 776-2019《火力發電廠絕熱材料》標準要求及工程實踐,電廠級矽酸鋁保溫材料的主要技術指標如下:

2.1典型應用部位




根據多個新建及改造項目的工程實踐,矽酸鋁保溫材料在火電廠的主要應用部位包括:

2.2溫度分區分層選型




根據設備表面溫度差异,採用差异化保溫結構設計:




(1)中溫區(200-350℃)-典型應用:給水筦道、除氧器




-推薦採用單層矽酸鋁纖維氈,厚度80-100mm


-可選方案:矽酸鋁氈+抹面層保護




(2)高溫區(350-600℃)-典型應用:主蒸汽筦道、再熱器連接管




-採用雙層矽酸鋁複合結構,總厚度120-150mm


-外層可用高溫玻璃棉或複合矽酸鹽資料


-控制介面溫度,優化整體保溫效能




(3)超高溫區(600-800℃)-典型應用:鍋爐過熱器出口




-選用高純型/含鋯型矽酸鋁纖維毯(Al₂O₃≥72%)


-多層錯縫敷設,加設不銹鋼錨固件






三、施工工藝與品質控制




3.1標準化施工流程




依據DL/T 5714-2024《火力發電廠熱力設備及管道保溫防腐施工技術規範》及工程實踐要求,矽酸鋁保溫材料的標準施工流程如下:




基層處理→支撐件安裝→保溫層敷設(分層錯縫)→鐵絲網固定


→抹面/外護層施工→質量驗收




關鍵工序技術要點:




(1)基層處理


-清除筦道表面油污、銹蝕,打磨至St3級標準


-施工環境溫度≥5℃,濕度≤85%,雨天必須搭建防雨棚




(2)保溫層敷設(覈心工藝)


-分層錯縫:一層纖維毯搭接長度≥50mm,二層壓縫於一層縫隙處


-雙層异縫:嚴禁通縫,上下層接縫錯開100mm以上


-緊密貼合:纖維毯與筦道表面應無空隙,採用高溫粘合劑輔助粘貼




(3)固定與錨固


-採用16-18號鍍鋅鐵絲捆紮,每塊纖維毯捆紮兩道


-大直徑筦道(≥600mm)需增設鍍鋅鐵絲加固環,間距500mm


-彎頭、三通等應力集中區,按300mm×300mm間距焊接不銹鋼保溫釘




(4)外護層安裝


-室外筦道及設備採用0.5-0.7mm彩鋼板或鋁合金板


-室外保溫必須做好防雨措施,搭接口朝下順水


-彎頭部位採用“蝦米彎”工藝加工外護板




四、典型故障與解决措施




4.1保溫層超溫/散熱過大




典型現象:筦道表面溫度遠超設計值,肉眼可見熱浪




常見原因分析:


-保溫棉因長期高溫出現粉化、燒結


-施工時未按要求錯縫,形成熱橋通道


-單層厚度超標,內部收縮導致空鼓




解決方案:


-清除失效保溫層,重新敷設


-嚴格控制分層厚度(每層≤80mm)


-高溫區採用“矽酸鋁+複合矽酸鹽”複合結構




4.2保溫層脫落/開裂




典型現象:垂直筦道或振動設備處保溫層滑移脫落,或表面出現環形裂紋




常見原因分析:


-錨固件間距過大(>400mm)或焊接不牢


-施工時未設定伸縮縫,熱膨脹應力集中


-鐵絲銹蝕斷裂




解決方案:


-加密錨固件至200mm間距,採用不銹鋼材質


-每6-8米筦道增設伸縮縫,寬度20-30mm


-高溫區改用不銹鋼絲替代鍍鋅鐵絲




4.3雨天“爆皮”事故




典型現象:長期雨天或停機後投運,外護板被掀起(常見於室外筦道)




根本原因:


-外護板破損或搭介面朝上,雨水滲入保溫層


-投運後水分汽化膨脹,壓力頂開外護板




預防措施:


-外護板搭介面必須朝下順水,嚴禁朝天縫


-施工中遇雨需立即覆蓋防雨布,禁止雨中工作


-修補破損外護板,確保密封性

六、採購與驗收建議




6.1科技要求(參攷謝橋電廠660MW機組項目)




根據淮河能源謝橋電廠2×660MW超超臨界機組項目的招標技術規範,矽酸鋁材料採購應明確以下要求:




-執行標準:DL/T 776-2019


-幹法生產:容重96-128kg/m³,不採用已淘汰的濕法產品


-導熱係數:滿足標準要求,附協力廠商檢測報告


-包裝運輸:防潮包裝,雨天禁止卸料,堆放底部鋪設道木及防潮布




6.2驗收注意事項




-核對質保書與實物的一致性(品牌、批號、檢測報告)


-進場目視檢查:纖維白淨、柔軟、無結塊、無雜質


-幹法產品容重輕於濕法,屬正常現象,不代表質量差


-必要時應取樣送協力廠商複檢關鍵名額
