火力发电厂硅酸铝保温材料应用解决方案


一、方案背景与硅酸铝材料特性



火力发电厂热力系统(锅炉、汽轮机、高温管道)存在大量高温设备与管道,其散热损失直接影响机组供电煤耗。在“双碳”目标背景下,选择性能优异的保温材料并科学施工,是电厂节能降耗的关键举措。


硅酸铝保温材料(又称硅酸铝纤维毡/毯)因其优异的耐高温性能和相对经济的成本,长期占据电厂高温区保温材料的主导地位。近年来,随着材料工艺进步和标准升级,硅酸铝材料的应用技术也在不断优化。


1.2 硅酸铝材料性能参数


根据DL/T 776-2019《火力发电厂绝热材料》标准要求及工程实践,电厂级硅酸铝保温材料的主要技术指标如下:

2.2 温度分区分层选型


根据设备表面温度差异,采用差异化保温结构设计:


(1)中温区(200-350℃)- 典型应用:给水管道、除氧器


- 推荐采用单层硅酸铝纤维毡,厚度80-100mm

- 可选方案:硅酸铝毡 + 抹面层保护


(2)高温区(350-600℃)- 典型应用:主蒸汽管道、再热器连接管


- 采用双层硅酸铝复合结构,总厚度120-150mm

- 外层可用高温玻璃棉或复合硅酸盐材料

- 控制界面温度,优化整体保温性能


(3)超高温区(600-800℃)- 典型应用:锅炉过热器出口


- 选用高纯型/含锆型硅酸铝纤维毯(Al₂O₃≥72%)

- 多层错缝敷设,加设不锈钢锚固件



 三、施工工艺与质量控制


3.1 标准化施工流程


依据DL/T 5714-2024《火力发电厂热力设备及管道保温防腐施工技术规范》及工程实践要求,硅酸铝保温材料的标准施工流程如下:


基层处理 → 支撑件安装 → 保温层敷设(分层错缝)→ 铁丝网固定 

→ 抹面/外护层施工 → 质量验收


关键工序技术要点:


(1)基层处理

- 清除管道表面油污、锈蚀,打磨至St3级标准

- 施工环境温度≥5℃,湿度≤85%,雨天必须搭建防雨棚


(2)保温层敷设(核心工艺)

- 分层错缝:一层纤维毯搭接长度≥50mm,二层压缝于一层缝隙处

- 双层异缝:严禁通缝,上下层接缝错开100mm以上

- 紧密贴合:纤维毯与管道表面应无空隙,采用高温粘合剂辅助粘贴


(3)固定与锚固

- 采用16-18号镀锌铁丝捆扎,每块纤维毯捆扎两道

- 大直径管道(≥600mm)需增设镀锌铁丝加固环,间距500mm

- 弯头、三通等应力集中区,按300mm×300mm间距焊接不锈钢保温钉


(4)外护层安装

- 室外管道及设备采用0.5-0.7mm彩钢板或铝合金板

- 室外保温必须做好防雨措施,搭接口朝下顺水

- 弯头部位采用“虾米弯”工艺加工外护板


 四、典型故障与解决措施


 4.1 保温层超温/散热过大


典型现象:管道表面温度远超设计值,肉眼可见热浪


常见原因分析:

- 保温棉因长期高温出现粉化、烧结

- 施工时未按要求错缝,形成热桥通道

- 单层厚度超标,内部收缩导致空鼓


解决方案:

- 清除失效保温层,重新敷设

- 严格控制分层厚度(每层≤80mm)

- 高温区采用“硅酸铝+复合硅酸盐”复合结构


4.2 保温层脱落/开裂


典型现象:垂直管道或振动设备处保温层滑移脱落,或表面出现环形裂纹


常见原因分析:

- 锚固件间距过大(>400mm)或焊接不牢

- 施工时未设置伸缩缝,热膨胀应力集中

- 铁丝锈蚀断裂


解决方案:

- 加密锚固件至200mm间距,采用不锈钢材质

- 每6-8米管道增设伸缩缝,宽度20-30mm

- 高温区改用不锈钢丝替代镀锌铁丝


 4.3 雨天“爆皮”事故


典型现象:长期雨天或停机后投运,外护板被掀起(常见于室外管道)


根本原因:

- 外护板破损或搭接口朝上,雨水渗入保温层

- 投运后水分汽化膨胀,压力顶开外护板


预防措施:

- 外护板搭接口必须朝下顺水,严禁朝天缝

- 施工中遇雨需立即覆盖防雨布,禁止雨中作业

- 修补破损外护板,确保密封性

六、采购与验收建议


6.1 技术要求(参考谢桥电厂660MW机组项目)


根据淮河能源谢桥电厂2×660MW超超临界机组项目的招标技术规范,硅酸铝材料采购应明确以下要求:


- 执行标准:DL/T 776-2019

- 干法生产:容重96-128kg/m³,不采用已淘汰的湿法产品

- 导热系数:满足标准要求,附第三方检测报告

- 包装运输:防潮包装,雨天禁止卸料,堆放底部铺设道木及防潮布


6.2 验收注意事项


- 核对质保书与实物的一致性(品牌、批号、检测报告)

- 进场目视检查:纤维白净、柔软、无结块、无杂质

- 干法产品容重轻于湿法,属正常现象,不代表质量差

- 必要时应取样送第三方复检关键指标
