 一、方案背景与痛点分析

 

冷库制冷管道(包括吸气管、供液管、回气管及并联机组管路)长期处于 -40℃ ~ -10℃低温环境。传统保温材料(如玻璃棉、聚氨酯)在低温下易出现以下问题:

 3.2 厚度选择的经验公式(冷库专用)

 

> 对于温差 ΔT = 库温 − 环境露点温度:  

> - ΔT 30℃:橡塑厚度 ≥ 25mm  

> - ΔT = 30℃~45℃:厚度 ≥ 35mm  

> - ΔT 45℃:厚度 ≥ 50mm(必须双层)

 

示例:库温 -25℃,环境温度 30℃,相对湿度 80%(露点约 26℃),ΔT = 51℃ → 推荐厚度 50mm 双层。*

 

 

 四、施工工艺与质量控制(冷库关键要点)

 

 4.1 材料选用

 

- 管材:对应管径的内径匹配橡塑管(建议预缩尺寸 + 23mm,因低温下材料会轻微收缩)

- 板材:用于阀门、法兰、罐体、弯头等异形部位

- 辅材:

  - 橡塑专用低温胶水(-30℃下仍保持粘性)

  - 防水密封胶带(铝箔背胶或压敏型)

  - 不锈钢扎带或耐低温尼龙扎带

 

 4.2 施工步骤(以双层安装为例)

 

步骤1:管道预处理

- 清除管道表面油污、锈迹、灰尘

- 确保管道干燥(可用热风枪吹干)

 

步骤2:涂胶与第一层安装

- 在管道外壁和橡塑管内壁均匀涂刷低温胶水

- 待胶水触干(约35分钟),将橡塑管套入并压紧

- 纵向接缝处涂抹胶水并压合,确保无缝隙

 

步骤3:第二层安装(错缝要求)

- 第二层管材与第一层 纵向接缝错开 180°

- 两层的环向接缝也需错开(不小于 300mm

- 第二层同样涂胶粘贴,层间不得留空隙

 

步骤4:异形部位处理(阀门、法兰、弯头)

- 用橡塑板材现场裁切拼贴

- 弯头可采用“虾米腰”式分块拼接

- 所有拼缝涂胶密封,再用胶带覆盖加固

 

步骤5:接缝密封(最关键步骤)

- 所有纵向、环向、异形拼缝外表面再涂一层胶水

- 立即粘贴防水密封胶带,宽度 ≥ 50mm

- 胶带搭接 ≥ 30mm,压实无气泡

 

步骤6:外部防护(可选)

- 频繁检修部位:预制可拆式橡塑保温壳(用板材制作)

- 室外或高湿度区域:外包铝箔或镀锌铁皮护壳
