建築保溫材料國家標準即將實施成都積極引導行業提質陞級

現時,在包裝行業不斷發展的前提下,任可以看到包裝機械行業中矛盾重重,企業無法應對形勢的變化,行業發展思想觀念與形勢發展不相適應; 技術創新能力弱,工藝科技進展緩慢

記者從成都市市場監督管理局獲悉,近日,市市場監管局組織開展專題宣貫培訓,推動4項建築保溫材料國家標準實施落地,引導行業安全、規範、高品質發展。

強制性國家標準《建築用絕熱材料及制品燃燒性能安全技術規範》(GB46520-2025)將於2026年8月1日實施。 記者瞭解到,該標準根據有機、無機及複合材料的不同燃燒特性,分類明確了最低燃燒效能等級,並對煙氣毒性、燃燒滴落物、產烟特性提出量化要求。 同時,要求產品標識必須包含名稱、燃燒效能等級、生產單位等關鍵資訊,為質量追溯和監管執法提供依據。

泡沫塑料兩項推薦性國家標準同步陞級。 《絕熱用模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)》(GB/T 10801.1-2025)、《絕熱用擠塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(XPS)》(GB/T 10801.2-2025)將於2026年7月1日實施。 前者新增熱阻名額,更改燃燒效能要求,强化標籤與使用說明書; 後者新增X1200、W100產品名額,擴大厚度規格,明確包裝、運輸及貯存要求。

夾芯板推薦性國家標準大幅提升關鍵名額。 《建築用金屬面絕熱夾芯板》(GB/T 23932—2025)同樣於2026年7月1日實施。 該標準將粘結强度從0.06MPa提升至0.10MPa,室外用鍍鋅層明確為≥90/90g/m^2。 粘結强度、燃燒效能、傳熱係數被列為一票否决的關鍵名額。 每批夾芯板須配備銘牌,標注執行標準、規格、原材料、批號等資訊,實現“一板一證”。

成都作為西部建築建材產業聚集地,擁有完整產業鏈,新標準將有效助推企業科技陞級,消費者選購時應關注產品是否標注執行標準號和燃燒效能等級; 施工單位進場驗收須對照新標準查驗質量證明檔案,確保資料防火、節能、耐久。

據瞭解,成都市市場監管局持續深入推進建築保溫材料安全隱患全鏈條整治工作,加强生產銷售環節產品品質、檢驗檢測行為等重點領域監管,深化與住建、應急管理、消防救援等部門的協同聯動,形成監管合力。 市市場監管局相關負責人表示,在新國標實施後,將進一步加大對生產、銷售環節的產品品質監督檢查力度,依法查處不符合新標準要求的產品,確保新標準落地見效,切實保障建築節能質量和消防安全。
